We currently ship and sell exclusively within the United States. All policies below apply only to orders delivered within the U.S.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at nakamadrops@gmail.com with your order details.

If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping (Important)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We only cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

📹 Unboxing Proof Requirement (Important)

To ensure fair use of our return and refund policy and to prevent fraudulent claims, we strongly recommend customers record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video should be recorded in one continuous shot (no cuts)

  • It must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside

  • This video may be required as supporting evidence for claims related to:

    • Damaged items

    • Missing items

    • Incorrect products

Failure to provide sufficient proof in such cases may result in the return or refund request being denied.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
